Nothing matches that. Try a sale type, or a plan name.
A redesign done right preserves the URLs a search engine and your bidders already know, mapping every old catalog, lot and results page to its new equivalent with a redirect in place at launch, rather than resetting your site's history for a fresh coat of paint.
What it costs
Signs you need it
Updating the site before a sale takes hours or a developer.
Pages load slowly on a phone, especially near closing time.
You are afraid a new site will throw away the search traffic you have.
Past results are scattered across PDFs and old pages.
The most common way a redesign hurts a site is silent: old URLs disappear, nobody sets up redirects, and a search engine treats every page as new, resetting whatever ranking history it had built. We map your existing sale, catalog and results pages to their new URLs and put 301 redirects in place before launch specifically to avoid that.

A common trigger for a redesign is a current site that is slow, hard to update, or built on a platform that cannot handle the catalog structure a growing sale calendar needs. The move itself is handled as a managed onboarding process: we take your existing content, lot history and results, and rebuild them on custom-coded pages rather than asking you to re-enter everything by hand.
Beyond the platform move, a redesign is the point to fix a registration flow that confuses first-time bidders, add a settlement page that never existed, or finally separate sale categories that were mixed together on one page. Those fixes are scoped into the redesign rather than treated as a separate project.
Auction companies with an existing site, and years of indexed sale pages, that is slow, hard to update or on a platform that cannot carry a real catalog.
Usually fits Rostrum, $267 a month. Any plan includes the redirect map and migration; Rostrum is common for redesigns because the assistant absorbs the questions a move stirs up.
How the work is done
From the first invoice to a live site in 7 to 15 days, then weekly upkeep. What you do and what we do at each step.
You: Pay the first monthly invoice.
We: Nothing else is charged. The $697 build fee does not exist yet.
You: About 15 minutes: your sale types, registration process, brand, domain and where inquiries should go.
We: Missing something? Submit anyway. The rest can follow by email or portal ticket.
You: Walk us through how a sale runs, start to settlement.
We: We reach out within one working day to book it, fill the gaps and agree the launch date. The launch clock starts on this call.
You: Review the site on a preview link and ask for changes.
We: 7 days on Paddle, 10 days on Rostrum, 15 days on Block.
You: Approve it. Only then is the build fee invoiced.
We: We point the domain, put redirects live, check speed and schema, and open your client portal.
You: Send new sales and changes from the portal.
We: 5 revisions a month within 2 to 5 working days each, researched articles published, results archived.
What is included
Every existing page mapped to its new equivalent before launch.
Past sale results and lot history brought over, not re-entered from scratch.
90+ PageSpeed on the rebuilt pages, a common reason sites move in the first place.
Registration, settlement or category structure improved as part of the same project.
We monitor indexation after launch to confirm the redirect map is working as intended.
Said as plainly as what is. None of these is hidden in a later invoice; they are simply not part of this service.
From clients
Most of our visitors are on phones, so that is where I reviewed the new auction consignments pages. The important details sit near the top and the inquiry button is impossible to miss. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.

The review of our auction consignments pages was uncomfortable reading, in a useful way. Everything now lives in one maintained reference, with the duplicates retired or redirected. Updates stopped being a treasure hunt.

It is part of the monthly plan, not a separate quote. The price depends on the plan, not on the size of the job: what changes between plans is the launch window, the AI Engine and the number of articles a week. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch.
Extra revisions beyond the 5 included each month are $20 each, never hourly.
Want to see auction website redesign on your own sale? We show you a build for your sale type on a 30-minute call, with the plan that fits.

Four terms that protect you, and one we will not hide: once money is paid, it is not refunded. That is exactly why the build fee waits until you have approved the finished site.
The $697 build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and you have approved it. On orders placed on or before December 31, 2026 it is waived entirely.
A guaranteed standard on the pages we build and host, checked as part of every build, on every plan. Speed is never an upsell.
Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, counted in business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday). Your site runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Registered in your name from day one, and transferred wherever you tell us, free, if you leave.
All sales are final. Monthly fees, the build fee and extra revisions are not refunded, including for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge on our side: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. Read the refund policy.
Standards
Not if the URLs are mapped and redirected correctly, which is standard on every redesign we run. Rank typically holds or improves once the faster, better-structured site is indexed.
Yes, we take your existing content, structure and results and rebuild them on custom-coded pages regardless of what the current site runs on.
The same launch windows as a new build, 7 to 15 days depending on plan, since a redesign is a full rebuild with your existing content carried over rather than a lighter process.
No, migrating your existing results archive is part of the redesign scope, done during onboarding rather than treated as a later add-on.
Access to the current site or its hosting, or an export, plus any past results you want archived, in whatever form you have them: spreadsheets, PDFs or old pages.
We list every existing URL, map each to its new equivalent and put 301 redirects live at launch, then check indexation afterwards so the map works as intended.
Yes. We point the domain at the new site and leave your mail settings untouched, so email keeps working through the move.
The new site is built and reviewed on a preview link first, and the switch happens by pointing the domain, so visitors go from the old site to the new one without a blank period in between.
Case studies
Each one names the kind of auction house, where it sells, what we built, how long it took and what the team noticed afterwards. Business names stay private.
