What changes after a build like this
They asked to see the questions customers genuinely ask us about auction consignments, which I respected. They identified which questions belonged on the site and we checked every answer before launch. I now share a link instead of digging through the outbox.
People used to ring just to check their auction consignments form had actually gone through. The new confirmation states what happens next and how to amend anything that needs changing. Duplicate submissions have dropped away almost completely.

What is the Black Friday offer, exactly?
30 percent off your first 3 monthly invoices on any plan, and the $697 one-time build fee waived. On Paddle that is $89 a month instead of $127 for 3 months, then the normal price. Nothing else about the plan changes.
When does the window open and close?
It opens on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 and closes at the end of Monday, November 30, 2026, which is 7 days including the Friday itself on Friday, November 27, 2026. Orders placed outside those dates are priced normally.
Does this stack with the waived build fee already on the site?
No. The Black Friday offer includes that waiver rather than adding a second one on top. The standing waiver runs until Thursday, December 31, 2026 on its own; inside the sale window you get the same waived build fee plus the 30 percent discount on your first 3 invoices.
What do I pay after the 3 discounted months?
The normal plan price: $127 on Paddle, $267 on Rostrum, $647 on Block. There is no rate that jumps above the published price later, and no minimum term to sit through.
Do I have to start the build in November?
No. Order inside the window and the discount is applied at the Stripe checkout, so it is locked to your plan. Your plan, and its discounted months, start on the day you order and pay the first month. If your sale calendar means the build should start in January, say so on the onboarding call and we schedule the build then.
Is a sale build a smaller build?
No. It is the same site, the same 90+ PageSpeed standard, the same 5 revisions a month and the same launch window: 7 days on Paddle through 15 days on Block. We discount the price, not the work.
How do I pay?
Press the order button on the plan you want. It opens a secure Stripe checkout for that plan's monthly price, with the Black Friday discount already applied while the window is open. You pay the first month there, Stripe emails the receipt, and the plan renews monthly on the same card. The one-time build fee is never charged at checkout.
Can I cancel if it is not right?
Plans run month to month. Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date to cancel. All sales are final apart from a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, which is set out in the refund policy.
