Who is behind BidWebStudio?

BidWebStudio is a website design and management service for one kind of business: auction companies. We build the public website an auction runs on, the catalog, lot pages, registration, settlement and results archive, and then we keep it current every week, for one monthly fee.

We started from a simple observation: most of the friction in an online or hybrid sale is not the bidding platform. It is the website around it, a lot list nobody can filter, a registration form nobody can finish on a phone, a closing time with no time zone. So we build the website, and we leave the bidding to the platform you already trust.

We work remotely with auction companies across the US, and the whole relationship runs through one onboarding call, one client portal and email.

Standards

What we hold ourselves to

Three rules that decide what gets built and what gets published.

  • 01

Built for the sale, not a template

Catalog, registration and settlement pages designed around how a sale actually runs.

  • 02

    Never an invented number

Every figure in an article or on the site is a real product term or a cited source.

  • 03

We build and manage, not bid

We are a website design and management company, not a bidding platform or an auctioneer.

The process

How we work

One onboarding call, a build measured in days, weekly updates after launch, and revisions turned around in working days rather than weeks. Nobody at your auction house logs in to fix anything.

  1. 01

    Onboarding

One form and one call to understand your sale format and terms.

  2. 02

    Build

Custom-coded pages, live in 7 to 15 days depending on plan.

  3. 03

    Manage

Weekly updates, researched articles and revisions turned around in 2 to 5 working days.

What to expect

What you can hold us to

The working promises, from the published terms, not from a sales pitch.

  • A person replies within one working day

To a first inquiry, a portal ticket or an email. Never a ticket number as the first response.

  • A launch date agreed on the first call

7 days on Paddle, 10 days on Rostrum, 15 days on Block, counted from the onboarding call.

  • Changes done in working days

5 revisions a month of any size, each within 2 to 5 working days.

  • No bill you did not expect

One monthly fee from $127. The $697 build fee only after you approve the live site. AI usage at cost where it applies.

Where and who

Auction companies in every state, one team

We work with auction companies across the US, remotely, from the first call to launch. Farm and equipment sales in Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas, estate sales in Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania, benefit galas in California and Florida: the sale types change by region, the website problems do not.

A few of the states we build for

  • TXTexas estate, ranch and equipment sales
  • OHOhio estate, farm and antiques sales
  • PAPennsylvania estate, farm and antiques sales
  • IAIowa farm machinery and land sales
  • MOMissouri farm, estate and consignment sales
  • TNTennessee estate and real property sales
  • FLFlorida estate, charity and liquidation sales
  • CACalifornia fine art, liquidation and charity sales
  • NENebraska farm and ranch equipment sales
  • KSKansas farm machinery and land sales

Selling across Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time? Every closing time on your site states its time zone, so a bidder in another state never reads your clock as theirs.

  • The build team

Designs and codes your catalog, lot, registration and settlement pages, and makes every revision you send.

  • The editorial team

Researches and writes your weekly articles, cites every figure, and never gives licensing, escrow or legal advice.

  • The support desk

Answers your client portal tickets and email. A person replies within one working day; revisions land within 2 to 5 working days.

Pages your site launches with

  • Privacy policy
  • Terms of use
  • Cookie policy with a consent banner that really holds scripts back
  • Accessibility statement
  • Terms of sale and buyer premium pages
  • SMS consent wording where a form collects a mobile number

Built with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in mind, to help you meet them. It is not legal advice, and we are not a licensed auctioneer, bidding platform or escrow provider.

From clients

Three sale types, three states

  • The brief I gave them was simple: demonstrate, do not proclaim. Everything published is material we reviewed ourselves, chosen because it answers a real question. It feels closer to a real conversation with our office than to a brochure.

Got, on Paddle Reference content and service presentation for auction consignments

  • We asked about the bad day, not the good one: a failed auction consignments submission. Failure paths were treated as a design requirement rather than an embarrassment. It is the kind of thoroughness you only notice when you need it.

Got, on Paddle Contact resilience and delivery checks for auction consignments

  • Previous projects left us a website and a memory; this one left instructions. It covers who to contact, how to request a change and what to check after publication. The site survives my holiday now, which it never did before.

What we are not

We are not a licensed auctioneer, bidding platform or escrow provider. We build and run the website. Everything your bidders, consignors and sale operations rely on you for stays with you, and nothing we publish is auction, licensing, escrow or payment processing advice.
