Nothing matches that. Try a sale type, or a plan name.
Online bidding platform development, in our scope, means building the website around your bidding platform rather than replacing it: custom-coded catalog, registration and settlement pages that link or embed the actual bid submission system you use.
What it costs
We are a website design and management company, not a bidding platform. Development work covers the pages a bidder sees around the sale: catalog, lot pages, registration and settlement, custom coded rather than assembled from a page builder. Where the actual bid needs to be placed, the site links or embeds the bidding, auction management or payment platform you already use, so we are not asking you to migrate systems mid-season.

Custom code ships far less JavaScript than a typical page-builder site, which is part of why pages stay fast even during the traffic spike a closing sale brings. Every page is served from Cloudflare's edge network with a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee.
Development does not stop at launch. Ongoing revisions, 5 a month included, let the site keep pace with a changing sale calendar: new categories, updated terms, or a new registration field, without waiting on a separate development project each time.
Auction operators who already run a bidding, auction management or payment platform and want a fast website built around it, not a second system to learn.
Usually fits Rostrum, $267 a month. Rostrum adds the AI Engine, which answers the "how do I bid" questions your platform's storefront cannot.
Signs you need it
Bidders land on your platform's generic storefront and never see your brand, terms or history.
Your site links to the bidding platform from one buried button and loses people on the way.
A developer quoted you for "custom bidding software" when all you needed was a better website.
Every platform change means rebuilding pages by hand.
How the work is done
From the first invoice to a live site in 7 to 15 days, then weekly upkeep. What you do and what we do at each step.
You: Pay the first monthly invoice.
We: Nothing else is charged. The $697 build fee does not exist yet.
You: About 15 minutes: your sale types, registration process, brand, domain and where inquiries should go.
We: Missing something? Submit anyway. The rest can follow by email or portal ticket.
You: Walk us through how a sale runs, start to settlement.
We: We reach out within one working day to book it, fill the gaps and agree the launch date. The launch clock starts on this call.
You: Review the site on a preview link and ask for changes.
We: 7 days on Paddle, 10 days on Rostrum, 15 days on Block.
You: Approve it. Only then is the build fee invoiced.
We: We point the domain, put redirects live, check speed and schema, and open your client portal.
You: Send new sales and changes from the portal.
We: 5 revisions a month within 2 to 5 working days each, researched articles published, results archived.
What is included
No page builder, no bloated plugin stack, pages built for speed from the ground up.
Catalog and registration pages that link or embed your existing bidding and payment platform.
90+ PageSpeed on the pages we build and host, checked as part of the build.
Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included, not billed separately.
Included monthly revisions so the build keeps pace with a changing sale calendar.
Said as plainly as what is. None of these is hidden in a later invoice; they are simply not part of this service.
From clients
Our old auction consignments routine was a shared inbox and crossed fingers. Requests are assigned automatically, with a backup for when the owner is away. It removed a daily friction we had simply learned to live with.
Got, on Paddle Inquiry assignment and staff handover for auction consignments
We shut at five-thirty. The auction consignments inquiries do not, and now the website copes with that. The form captures what a callback needs and says clearly that a person replies in working hours. Nobody mistakes an automated acknowledgment for an answer, which matters to us.

Want to see online bidding platform development on your own sale? We show you a build for your sale type on a 30-minute call, with the plan that fits.
Book a 30-minute demoIt is part of the monthly plan, not a separate quote. The price depends on the plan, not on the size of the job: what changes between plans is the launch window, the AI Engine and the number of articles a week. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch.
Extra revisions beyond the 5 included each month are $20 each, never hourly.
Terms, plainly
Four terms that protect you, and one we will not hide: once money is paid, it is not refunded. That is exactly why the build fee waits until you have approved the finished site.
The $697 build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and you have approved it. On orders placed on or before December 31, 2026 it is waived entirely.
A guaranteed standard on the pages we build and host, checked as part of every build, on every plan. Speed is never an upsell.
Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, counted in business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday). Your site runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Registered in your name from day one, and transferred wherever you tell us, free, if you leave.
All sales are final. Monthly fees, the build fee and extra revisions are not refunded, including for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge on our side: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. Read the refund policy.
Standards
No. We build and manage the website; bid submission and payment processing run through the bidding platform you already use, which the site links or embeds.
Custom-coded pages built for speed and structure, without naming a specific stack, since the product you are buying is the finished, managed website rather than a piece of software you maintain yourself.
Yes. Enquiries and registrations can be routed into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make, set up as part of onboarding.
No. Included monthly revisions, of any size, cover ongoing development, with a flat per-revision cost after the included amount rather than hourly billing.
We build around the bidding, auction management or payment platform you already use, linking or embedding it wherever it offers a link, widget or embed. Tell us which one at onboarding and we plan the pages around it.
Where your platform offers an embed or feed, the lot and catalog pages can show it. Where it does not, the site links straight to the lot on the platform, and the countdown and status reflect what it reports.
No. Registration hands off to your platform to confirm the paddle, so bidders keep one account with the system that takes their bids.
The website stays. Pointing the catalog, registration and lot links at a new platform is handled as revisions, not a rebuild.
Case studies
Each one names the kind of auction house, where it sells, what we built, how long it took and what the team noticed afterwards. Business names stay private.
