Where are you, and does it matter?

It does not. We work remotely with auction companies across the US, including Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Missouri, Tennessee, Florida and California. Our business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday to Friday, and we answer email from any time zone within one working day.

  • Returning auction consignments contacts had to pretend to be strangers on the old site. Follow-ups reach the right thread quickly instead of starting a duplicate one. Our inbox is easier to read, and their morning is easier too.

  • We have more than one contact point, and the old auction consignments page never said which applied where. The visitor picks their location once, and it follows the message all the way to the reply. It removed an irritation on both sides of the phone line.

Before you reach out

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for the kinds of sales you run, your paddle or bidder registration process, your brand, your domain and where inquiries and consignment requests should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

Do you need my current lot lists to build the site?

Not to start. We build the site structure, catalog layout and page templates from your onboarding answers first, then load your first sale once it is ready. If you already have lot lists, photos or past results, send them and we work those into the launch content instead of placeholder examples.

Do you work with auction companies in my state?

Yes. We build and manage sites for auction companies across the US, entirely remotely, from the onboarding call to launch, whether you run estate, farm, equipment, charity, fine art or surplus sales, in states such as Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Missouri and Tennessee. Your state's auctioneer licensing rules are yours to follow; we never give licensing advice.

Can the site handle buyers in other time zones?

Yes. Every closing time on your catalog and lot pages states its time zone, so a bidder in Pacific time reading a Central sale knows exactly when a lot ends. The countdown itself reflects what your bidding platform reports.

Can you build pages for the towns and counties we sell in?

Yes. A page for each sale room or service area you really cover is part of the build, with its own address or area, upcoming sales and local questions answered. We do not make copy-and-paste pages for places you do not serve, because search engines treat those as low value.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

We are not a licensed auctioneer, bidding platform or escrow provider. We build and manage the website; questions about a specific sale, bid or payment should go to your bidding platform or auction management provider.
