Order

Start the build now and the $697 build fee comes off the invoice

The build fee is normally invoiced once your site is live. On any order placed on or before December 31, 2026 it is not invoiced at all. Monthly plan prices are unchanged, from $127 a month.

No deposit. Your first month is paid securely through Stripe when you order, and the plan renews monthly.

The waiver has one date

Open until Thursday, December 31, 2026

That is the whole of the urgency, and it does not move. There is no clock on this page that restarts when you reload it, and no seat counter that invents scarcity. Order on or before that date and the $697 build fee is never invoiced. Order after it and the build fee applies as normal, invoiced once your site is live and approved.

What you are buying

One order, the whole website

Not a template licence and not a page. A built site, run for you every week, on the bidding platform you already use.

  • The whole site, not a page

Catalog, lot, registration, settlement and results pages, built around the bidding platform you already run.

  • Custom-coded, not assembled

No page builder and almost no JavaScript, which is how the 90+ PageSpeed guarantee survives a closing sale.

  • Managed every week

5 revisions a month of any size, turned around in 2 to 5 working days, requested from your portal.

  • Hosting and domain included

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, plus one domain in your name.

  • Researched articles

2 to 3 a week depending on plan, 2,500 to 3,200 words, every figure cited to a real source.

  • A client portal from day one

Revisions, tickets, files and a direct line to the team, in one place, from the day you go live.

Three plans, one waived build fee

Every plan on this page carries the same waiver. The only thing that changes between them is what the site does after launch.

How an order is placed

Your order is paid on a secure Stripe checkout

Each plan button opens a Stripe checkout with that plan already selected. You pay the first month there, the plan renews monthly, and the $697 build fee is not part of it.

  • The first month of your plan is the only charge today
  • The $697 build fee is waived until December 31, 2026
  • Your receipt comes from Stripe by email, and onboarding follows the same working day

After you order

Five steps from paying to going live

Nothing here is a surprise cost or a hidden stage. This is the whole sequence.

  1. Step 1

    Your plan starts

Your first month is paid through Stripe when you order, and the receipt is emailed at once. No build fee follows it while the waiver is open.

  2. Step 2

    Onboarding form

About 15 minutes of questions about your sales, your platform and your brand. Anything missing can follow later.

  3. Step 3

    One onboarding call

We fill the gaps, agree the sale formats the site has to carry, and set your launch date.

  4. Step 4

    We build it

You see it on a preview link before anyone else does, and you send changes before launch, not after.

  5. Step 5

    Launch day

We point the domain, check speed and schema, and hand you the portal. No build fee invoice arrives.

Launch window

When your site goes live

Counted from your onboarding call, not from the order. Every plan launches on a date we agree with you on that call.

  • Paddle

    7 days

    The website, fully managed

  • Rostrum

    10 days

    Everything, plus the AI Engine

  • Block

    15 days

    Everything, plus the Content Engine

The only thing that moves a launch date is waiting on content from you. Send the lot photos and your sale terms during onboarding and the date holds.

What we need from you

Six things, and none of them block the order

  • Your business name, sale room address and the areas you serve
  • A link to the bidding or payment platform your sales already run on
  • Photos or a lot list from a recent or upcoming sale, if you have them
  • Your logo and brand colors, or nothing at all if you want us to propose a set
  • Your current domain, or a name you would like registered
  • Your terms: buyer premium, pickup windows, payment methods, registration rules

You can order today and send all of it during onboarding. Nothing on this list is needed to start your plan.

Terms and guarantees

The parts worth reading before you order

  • 90+ PageSpeed

Checked as part of the build, on the pages that carry a closing sale.

  • Ranking in 3 to 5 months

The window we work to for the sale types and areas you serve.

  • One invoice, no line items

Hosting, domain, SSL and the CDN are never itemized or billed separately.

Plans run month to month. To cancel, email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date. All sales are final apart from a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days: the refund policy says exactly how that works, and the terms cover the rest.

Honestly, the redesign was nice, but the inquiry form is what changed our day-to-day. Every submission arrives with asset category, collection area and proposed sale date filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

Most of our visitors are on phones, so that is where I reviewed the new auction consignments pages. The important details sit near the top and the inquiry button is impossible to miss. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.

Questions people ask before ordering

What exactly is waived?

The one-time build fee, normally $697. It is the only fee outside the monthly plan price, and it is normally invoiced after your site is live and approved. On an order placed on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 it is not invoiced at all. Your monthly plan price is unchanged.

What do I pay on the day I order?

The first month of the plan you pick, paid by card through Stripe when you order, and nothing else. Paddle is $127, Rostrum is $267, Block is $647. The plan then renews monthly on the same card. There is no deposit, and the one-time build fee is never charged at checkout.

When does the waiver close?

Thursday, December 31, 2026. That date comes from our pricing file and it is the same date everywhere on this site. After it, the build fee returns to $697, invoiced after launch as normal.

How soon is my site live?

7 days on Paddle, 10 days on Rostrum and 15 days on Block, counted from your onboarding call rather than from the order. The one thing that moves the date is waiting on content from you.

Can I change plan after I order?

Yes. Move up or down at any time from your client portal and the new price applies from your next invoice. Moving up mid-build is fine too: we add the extra work to the build in progress.

How is the payment taken?

By Stripe, on a secure checkout page that opens when you press a plan button. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails your receipt straight away, and the plan renews monthly until you cancel.

Am I signing a contract?

No. Plans run month to month. To cancel, email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday. A weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for a Monday or Tuesday invoice.

What is refundable?

All sales are final, including monthly fees and extra revisions. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. The full terms are on our refund policy page.

Does the Black Friday sale stack on top of this?

No, and it is not meant to. The Black Friday offer that runs from November 24, 2026 to November 30, 2026 includes this waived build fee and adds 30 percent off the first 3 months. You get one of the two, not both stacked.

Who owns the domain and the site?

You do. One domain is registered in your name for as long as your plan is active, or we point a domain you already own. We build and manage the site; we never hold your domain hostage.
