Nothing matches that. Try a sale type, or a plan name.
An auction website template, in a managed build, is a starting layout we adapt to your specific sale types rather than a stock theme you configure yourself, so the catalog, lot page and registration flow already fit an auction from the first draft.
What it costs
Auction companies that want to see a proven starting layout for their sale category, then have it rebuilt around their own brand, instead of installing a theme themselves.
Usually fits Paddle, $127 a month. Every plan starts from the same proven layouts; Paddle is enough for most single sale rooms.
We start from a proven page structure for auction sites, catalog, lot page, registration, settlement, and adapt the layout, palette and content fields to your sale categories during the build. By launch it is your site, built on a pattern that already works for auctions rather than a general business template stretched to cover one.

We are actively adding finished designs to the public template gallery so you can see real examples before you buy. Where a specific example is not yet published, we walk you through comparable layouts live on a demo call instead, so you are never choosing blind.
A template you install and configure yourself puts the ongoing work back on you: hosting, updates, security patches, and fixing what breaks. We build, host and manage the site instead, so the template is a starting point for a managed relationship, not a product you maintain alone.
What is included
Catalog, lot page, registration and settlement templates, adapted to your categories.
Colors and type drawn from your brand, applied to the template during the build.
Your own sale categories and copy in place before launch, not filler text.
The same template checked and adjusted for both, not designed for one and hoped for the other.
Hosting, updates and revisions included, so the template is the start of a managed site, not a standalone product.
Said as plainly as what is. None of these is hidden in a later invoice; they are simply not part of this service.
Signs you need it
You have tried a stock theme and spent weekends forcing a lot grid into it.
You want to see what the site will look like before committing to a build.
Your categories need different lot layouts that no single theme handles.
You do not want to install, patch or update anything yourself.
Want to see auction website templates on your own sale? We show you a build for your sale type on a 30-minute call, with the plan that fits.
Book a 30-minute demoIt is part of the monthly plan, not a separate quote. The price depends on the plan, not on the size of the job: what changes between plans is the launch window, the AI Engine and the number of articles a week. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch.
Extra revisions beyond the 5 included each month are $20 each, never hourly.
How the work is done
From the first invoice to a live site in 7 to 15 days, then weekly upkeep. What you do and what we do at each step.
You: Pay the first monthly invoice.
We: Nothing else is charged. The $697 build fee does not exist yet.
You: About 15 minutes: your sale types, registration process, brand, domain and where inquiries should go.
We: Missing something? Submit anyway. The rest can follow by email or portal ticket.
You: Walk us through how a sale runs, start to settlement.
We: We reach out within one working day to book it, fill the gaps and agree the launch date. The launch clock starts on this call.
You: Review the site on a preview link and ask for changes.
We: 7 days on Paddle, 10 days on Rostrum, 15 days on Block.
You: Approve it. Only then is the build fee invoiced.
We: We point the domain, put redirects live, check speed and schema, and open your client portal.
You: Send new sales and changes from the portal.
We: 5 revisions a month within 2 to 5 working days each, researched articles published, results archived.
From clients
The idea that visitors could sort themselves before writing seemed obvious only in hindsight. New inquiries get the full form; follow-ups take a shorter route with the question itself. Visitors get a simpler page and we get a clearer inbox.

Our old change process for auction consignments content was informal to the point of folklore. Now I send the current wording and its replacement, review the preview, and confirm. It is refreshingly boring, which is exactly what a change process should be.

Terms, plainly
Four terms that protect you, and one we will not hide: once money is paid, it is not refunded. That is exactly why the build fee waits until you have approved the finished site.
The $697 build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and you have approved it. On orders placed on or before December 31, 2026 it is waived entirely.
A guaranteed standard on the pages we build and host, checked as part of every build, on every plan. Speed is never an upsell.
Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, counted in business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday). Your site runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Registered in your name from day one, and transferred wherever you tell us, free, if you leave.
All sales are final. Monthly fees, the build fee and extra revisions are not refunded, including for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge on our side: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. Read the refund policy.
Standards
Where a finished example exists in our template gallery it is linked there; where your specific sale category is not yet represented, we show comparable layouts on a live demo call.
No, we build, host and manage the site for you. There is nothing to install, patch or maintain on your side.
Yes, revisions to layout, content and structure are included monthly and are not limited to the initial build.
The page structure is a proven pattern, but the palette, type, content and specific layout choices are built for your brand and are not identical to another client's site.
No. We do not sell installable templates. The templates are starting points we rebuild around your brand and sale categories, host and manage for you.
The structure stays proven, and everything visible changes: palette, type, imagery, sale categories, lot fields and content are all yours.
We start from the closest layout and adapt the lot page and catalog fields to your category during the build, at no extra charge.
Layout changes are revisions, so the site can evolve after launch without a new project or a new contract.
Case studies
Each one names the kind of auction house, where it sells, what we built, how long it took and what the team noticed afterwards. Business names stay private.
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $127 a month, the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
