Estate sale website design built to get a full house of lots online fast

An estate sale website design earns its place when a full house of lots can go from a walkthrough to a searchable, sorted catalog within hours, and the layout is built for exactly that workflow rather than a general product catalog.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • PageSpeed90+
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Who is estate sale website design for?

Estate, downsizing and moving sale auction companies turning a full house into a catalog every week, often for families who have never sold at auction before.

Usually fits Paddle, $127 a month. Paddle covers a weekly sale calendar; Rostrum adds after-hours answers for pickup and payment questions.

Signs you need it

How to tell your site needs this work

  • 01

Every sale goes up as a photo album on a social page.

  • 02

Families ask how consignment works and your site has no page for it.

  • 03

Out-of-town heirs and buyers cannot follow a sale remotely.

  • 04

Pickup rules and payment terms live in a PDF nobody reads.

From clients

What estate sale website design changed for auction owners

  • People used to ring just to check their auction consignments form had actually gone through. The new confirmation states what happens next and how to amend anything that needs changing. Duplicate submissions have dropped away almost completely.

  • They pushed us to be precise about auction consignments, which felt slow at first and right at the end. The boundaries are drawn clearly: what the site settles, and what our people still decide. Customers arrive with realistic expectations, which changes the whole tone of the first call.

A catalog built for volume and turnaround

An estate sale can run to hundreds of small lots gathered in a single walkthrough, and the catalog design is built to take that volume without becoming unusable: category and search filters, a consistent lot card layout, and a structure that a small team can populate quickly between the walkthrough and the sale opening.

Remote bidders treated as real buyers

Family members and out-of-town buyers who cannot attend in person are often among the most motivated bidders on an estate sale. The design gives them full lot photos, condition notes and a stated time zone on every closing time, so a remote bidder is never guessing.

Terms, pickup and payment, not buried in a PDF

Pickup windows, payment terms and buyer premium are laid out as a real page on the site, linked from every lot and catalog page, instead of a PDF that a winning bidder has to go searching for after the sale closes.

What does estate sale website design cost?

It is part of the monthly plan, not a separate quote. The price depends on the plan, not on the size of the job: what changes between plans is the launch window, the AI Engine and the number of articles a week. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch.

Extra revisions beyond the 5 included each month are $20 each, never hourly.

  • Paddle, live in 7 days$127 / mo
  • Rostrum, live in 10 days, AI Engine$267+ / mo
  • Block, live in 15 days, AI Engine$647+ / mo

Terms, plainly

What takes the risk off you

Four terms that protect you, and one we will not hide: once money is paid, it is not refunded. That is exactly why the build fee waits until you have approved the finished site.

  • See it live before the build fee

The $697 build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and you have approved it. On orders placed on or before December 31, 2026 it is waived entirely.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, as a standard

A guaranteed standard on the pages we build and host, checked as part of every build, on every plan. Speed is never an upsell.

  • Month to month, no contract term

Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, counted in business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday). Your site runs to the end of the month you paid for.

  • Your domain stays yours

Registered in your name from day one, and transferred wherever you tell us, free, if you leave.

All sales are final. Monthly fees, the build fee and extra revisions are not refunded, including for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge on our side: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. Read the refund policy.

Questions about estate sale website design

Can the site handle a new sale every week?

Yes, swapping in a new sale and lot list is a normal revision, not a rebuild, and is completed within the standard turnaround.

Can out-of-town bidders use the site easily?

The site is built with full lot detail and clearly stated time zones so a remote bidder has everything they need without calling to ask.

Does the site process the actual bids?

No, bid submission runs through your bidding or auction management platform. The website presents the catalog and links to that platform.

Can we add a consignment inquiry page for future sales?

Yes, a consignment or "sell with us" page is part of the standard estate sale build.

How fast can a new estate sale go up on the site?

Send the lot list and photos through your client portal and the sale is published within 2 to 5 working days, as one of your included revisions.

Can families see how consigning with us works?

Yes. A consign-with-us page explains your process step by step and collects the first details of a new estate, routed to your inbox or CRM.

Can we show past estate sale results?

Yes. A results archive keeps closed sales visible, which families use to judge whether to call you and search engines use to understand your history.

Do you list our sales on estate sale directories?

No. We build and run your own website. Many companies keep listing on directories as well, with each listing linking back to the full catalog on your site.
