One-time build fee

Settle the one-time $697 build fee

This page is for clients whose build fee is due. It is one payment through Stripe, the receipt arrives by email, and nothing on it renews. Your monthly plan is billed separately and does not change.

Ordered on or before December 31, 2026? Your build fee is waived and there is nothing to pay here.

Why it exists

The fee pays for the build itself

The monthly plan pays for running the site. The build fee pays, once, for making it: the work that happens before launch and never repeats.

  • The pages your sales run on

Catalog, lot, registration, settlement and results pages, designed and coded around the bidding platform you already use.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, built in

Custom code with almost no JavaScript, checked as part of the build on the pages that carry a closing sale.

  • Your old site, moved over

What is worth keeping is migrated and the old URLs are redirected, so the search rank you already have is not thrown away.

  • Launch, done for you

We point the domain, check speed and schema, and hand you the client portal on launch day.

How paying works

Four steps, and none of them repeat

  1. Step 1

    Press your plan button

Each button below opens a Stripe checkout for the $697 build fee, with your plan recorded against it.

  2. Step 2

    Pay on Stripe

Card details go to Stripe, never to us. The checkout says plainly that this is a one-time payment.

  3. Step 3

    Receipt by email

Stripe emails the receipt and an invoice as soon as the payment clears, and you land on a confirmation page.

  4. Step 4

    Nothing recurring

That is the whole of it. Your monthly plan carries on exactly as before, billed separately.

Build fee questions

Is this a subscription?

No. The build fee is a single $697 payment. Nothing on this page renews, and paying it does not start, change or add to your monthly plan, which is billed separately.

Do I need to pay this?

Only if a build fee is due on your account. It is invoiced after your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. Plans ordered on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived, so there is nothing to pay here. If you are unsure, email us before paying.

Why is the amount the same on every plan?

Because the build is the same on every plan. Every site gets the same catalog, lot, registration and settlement pages, the same 90+ PageSpeed standard and the same launch checks. The plans differ in what the site does after launch, and that difference is in the monthly price.

Is the payment safe?

Yes. The pay button opens a secure Stripe checkout. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe emails your receipt as soon as the payment clears.

Can the build fee be refunded?

All sales are final, and that includes the build fee. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, which is refunded to the original payment method. The refund policy sets out exactly how that works.

Which plan button should I press?

The one for the plan you are on. The amount is $697 whichever you press; the plan is recorded with the payment so it is matched to the right account.

The refund policy and the terms and conditions cover the build fee in full. Anything else, email .
